The Utopia charging canopy is a modern and clean-lined modular structure designed to protect electric vehicle charging points in parking areas, urban environments, and park-and-ride facilities. The canopy combines a durable aluminum structure, refined glazing, and integrated structural solutions that support long-lasting and low-maintenance use.

The canopy protects users and equipment from weather conditions such as rain, snow, and wind, improving the usability of charging points all year round. It is important to note that the canopy does not include electric vehicle charging equipment; rather, it serves as a protective and complementary structure for them.

Structurally designed for demanding conditions

The canopy is designed for a snow load of 2.5 kN/m² and a wind load of 26 m/s. It is suitable for various outdoor environments that require a durable and reliable structure.

Safe and refined glazing solution

The glazing is made of tempered glass. If necessary, the canopy can be equipped with side panes. The glazing is attached with profiles without visible screws, and sealing is done with rubber gaskets without silicone. This solution improves appearance, safety, and maintainability.

Durable and low-carbon aluminum structure

The frame is made of HYDRO Circal or HYDRO Recycled 4.0 aluminum, which utilizes recycled material. Structures formed from a uniform profile increase strength, and the integrated design without visible fasteners completes the overall look. Powder coating in a selected RAL shade allows the canopy to be adapted to its environment.

The structure is designed for easy maintenance: no welded joints, easily replaceable spare parts, and a clear structure support quick maintenance and a long lifespan.

Efficient drainage

Drainage is integrated within the structure and directed systematically to the rear edge of the canopy. This solution protects both users and charging equipment and improves user comfort.

Modular charging canopy and accessories

Utopia is built from 1490 mm modules, and the canopy can be implemented as a freely variable length entity according to the number of charging spaces. The modular structure enables a uniform and scalable implementation for various sites. Accessories such as lighting, info boards, and narrow or wide side walls are available.

The canopy is delivered to the site in parts for assembly. The modular structure allows for smooth transport and efficient installation in various locations.
