Favorit bus stop shelter – 3 modules
The Favorit bus stop shelter is a modern and modular solution for bus stops, tram stops, and terminal areas where durable and high-quality weather protection is needed for passengers. The three-module shelter combines a frame made of recycled aluminum, secure glazing, and a structure designed for northern weather conditions. The clean-lined design and discreet fastenings make the shelter a visually refined part of the urban environment.
Structurally designed for northern conditions
The Favorit bus stop shelter is designed for a snow load of 4.5 kN/m² and a wind load of 30 m/s. The robust structure ensures safety and longevity even in open and windy stop areas.
Safe and refined glazing solution
Tempered glass is used for wall glazing. The glazing is attached with a click-lock system without visible screws, which refines the appearance and facilitates maintenance. The glazing is implemented with rubber seals, and silicone seals are not required. The solution is designed to withstand the continuous use of public transport stops.
Durable and responsible aluminum structure
The frame is made of HYDRO Circal or HYDRO Recycled 4.0 aluminum, which utilizes a high recycled aluminum content. The material choice supports low-carbon construction and responsible projects while maintaining high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. The powder-coated frame can be implemented in almost any RAL color to suit the environment.
Modular bus stop shelter, flexible design
The three-module Favorit bus stop shelter consists of 1400 mm modules. Favorit shelters can be implemented as a whole of 2-4 modules. The modular structure allows for flexible design of the shelter's length according to the space available at the stop and the number of passengers. Several accessories are available for the shelter, such as benches, information boards, advertising display cases, and lighting solutions.
Fast installation, several delivery options
The prefabricated shelter structure enables quick and effortless installation in various locations. Flexible delivery options ensure that the solution can be adapted to the construction site schedule, terrain conditions, and project requirements. The shelter can be delivered in parts, pre-assembled, or fully installed on a foundation. Explore the different delivery methods below and choose the most suitable option for your site.
-
Delivered in parts (roof structure as a finished unit)
The shelter is delivered to the construction site for installation. The roof structure is delivered as a pre-assembled unit, which speeds up the installation work. Electrical installations are pre-prepared, which reduces on-site time and costs.
-
Pre-assembled without concrete foundation
The shelter is delivered pre-assembled, allowing foundation work to be completed on-site before installation. The finished shelter can be easily lifted into place with a crane or forklift, making installation quick and efficient.
-
Pre-assembled and installed on a concrete foundation
A fully ready-to-install solution that minimizes on-site work. The concrete foundation has four lifting points (2 per side) to which lifting eyes can be attached for safe and controlled crane movement.
In addition, the shelter can be equipped with extended foundation legs, allowing the foundations to be implemented below ground level. This solution is ideal for sloped terrains and challenging installation environments.
