Meet the team: Versatile Key Account Manager Auli
In our series "meet the team," we introduce Auli Kalliokoski, Finbin's Key Account Manager in Finland. Auli is responsible for Finbin's contract customers and resellers in Finland. She has been with Finbin for almost three years, bringing strong expertise and an energetic can-do attitude to the company.
Auli's daily tasks are diverse and varied. She primarily focuses on quotation calculations, order entry, and projects for contract customers, such as contract updates and customer visits. Additionally, she handles product introductions and customer service via email and phone. Auli emphasizes the importance of personal service and meetings, as they are the core of her work.
Auli has extensive experience in sales and account management. She started her career as a Sales Coordinator in Southern Finland and has recently transitioned to the role of Key Account Manager.
