How to place an order in Lehtovuori's online store

To make ordering from our online store as effortless as possible, start by creating a customer account. When you log in as a business customer, you will immediately see your customer-specific prices for products without having to wait for separate price requests. This way, ordering is fast, and you can make purchases as soon as the need arises. 

2. Comparing and selecting products 

Explore our versatile selection and choose the products that suit your needs. On the product pages, you will find dimensions, materials, and color options. As a logged-in business customer, you can also download product files, such as BIM objects and installation instructions – either from the product page or from a separate file library. Utilize the online store's comparison feature when you want to weigh the technical data of different products. The comparison list shows you the key features side-by-side at a glance. 

If you want to compare product features, add them to the comparison from the product menu's "Compare" icon and open the comparison page to see the data side by side.

Once you have found a suitable product, add it to your shopping cart. At the same time, you can complete your order with necessary accessories, fastening materials, or other compatible products. This ensures that you get everything at once in the same package without separate additional orders.

You can easily find compatible accessories and fastening materials by opening the "Accessories" list on the product page.

The shopping cart can be freely edited: products can be added, removed, or changed until the selection is exactly what you need.

4. Finalize the order

Continue your order in the shopping cart and at checkout, enter the required information and choose the payment method that suits you best. As a business customer, you can also choose invoice as a payment method. You will receive an order confirmation by email, and you can view your order history later in the customer portal.
