General Terms

Unless expressly otherwise agreed or notified by Lehtovuori Oy (“Lehtovuori”) in writing, all the offers, order confirmations, contracts, agreements and commitments of whatsoever nature  concerning (or otherwise related to) a delivery of goods and related products and services from Lehtovuori (the “Agreement”) shall at all times be subject to Lehtovuori’s general delivery terms and conditions LV-GTC (the “Delivery Terms”; at each time applicable Delivery Terms are referred to as LV-GTC added with an index referring to a year and a version number, e.g. LV-GTC 2021/2). Upon this or any other kind of reference by Lehtovuori thereto the Delivery Terms become and are an essential and inseparable part of the Agreement, and upon having placed an order or entered otherwise into an Agreement with Lehtovuori the other party to the Agreement shall be deemed to have confirmed that it has received, read and accepted the Delivery Terms. In addition to the Delivery Terms Lehtovuori may from time to time at its sole discretion issue separate and/or additional terms and conditions for the delivery of its various specific products and services, in which event such terms and conditions shall be applicable in addition to (or instead of, as the case may be) the Delivery Terms.

The Controller records the information of Lehtovuori Oy’s online store customers which the user provides when using the website.

8. Register protection principles

Lehtovuori Oy’s online store user register data has been recorded in the Controller’s system, which is protected by means of the protection software in the operating system. Access to the system requires a username and password. The system is protected by firewalls and other technical means. Only certain pre-designated employees of the Controller have access to the data recorded in the register and have the right to process the data. The data included in the register is located in locked and guarded facilities.
 

9. Data subject’s right to prohibit the processing

The data subject has the right to prohibit the processing of their personal data by the Controller for direct advertising, remote selling and other direct marketing purposes as well as for marketing and opinion research, person register and genealogy. The prohibition must be submitted in writing and addressed to the persons responsible for register matters.
 

10. Data subject’s right of access

The data subject has the right to access the data recorded on them in the register and obtain copies of the data. The data access request must be submitted in writing and addressed to the person responsible for the register matters.
 

11. Rectification of data

The Controller will rectify, erase or supplement data in the register which is incorrect, unnecessary, incomplete or outdated in terms of the purpose of the processing on Controller’s own initiative or upon request of the data subject. The data subject must contact the person responsible for the Controller’s register matters in order to get the data rectified.
