Finbin Strengthens Its Position as Lehtovuori Group Acquires Team Tejbrant

Finbin continues to strengthen its position as a provider of smart and sustainable urban waste solutions. As part of this development, the company behind the Finbin brand, Lehtovuori Oy, has acquired the Swedish company Team Tejbrant AB, with a strong track record in shelter solutions.

The acquisition doubles Lehtovuori Group’s turnover to approximately EUR 30 million, increases the total workforce to around 150 employees, and expands manufacturing operations to Sweden and Poland, with a sales unit in Germany. The group’s headquarters and core operations will continue to be strengthened in Ylöjärvi, Finland.

Through this acquisition, the group becomes the Nordic market leader in shelter solutions and further strengthens its position as a provider of comprehensive urban furniture and infrastructure solutions.

Expanded international presence

Following the acquisition, Lehtovuori Group operates manufacturing facilities in Finland, Sweden and Poland, with local subsidiaries in Finland, Sweden, Poland, Germany and the United States.

The company’s solutions are widely used in cities such as Stockholm, Berlin and Warsaw, and have been delivered to customers in more than 20 countries worldwide. This expertise complements Lehtovuori’s long-standing know-how in steel constructions and integrated urban furniture solutions, strengthening the foundation behind the Finbin brand.

Together, this enables Finbin to better support complex infrastructure projects where durability, modularity and design flexibility are essential, and where smart waste solutions are integrated into wider urban environments such as public transport hubs, city centres and high-traffic public spaces.
